The magazine is published by the Columbia Missourian and produced by magazine students at the world’s oldest (and I’d like to think best) journalism school. Don’t worry; it’s much more than some college newspaper. Moreover, we have faculty supervise us. Really. The magazine has won numerous awards, including the prestigious General Excellence award given by the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communications. In other words, Vox has been named the best magazine produced by college students in the whole darn country. 

However, let’s face it, carrying a copy of Vox around with you at all times isn’t feasible and maintaining a handy volume of back issues is even more difficult. This is just one of the areas in which our new iPad app comes in handy. Available now in the app store, the Vox app is updated weekly with the latest issues of the magazine.

I had the honor to be an iPad version designer at Vox and here are some issues me and my team designed for Vox Magazine.
